You can choose from traditional cuts such as Filet Mignon, New York Strip, Prime Rib, Porterhouse, Top Sirloin, and Tri Tip. You may enjoy some of our easy dish bake and serve items such as three types of stuffed pork chops or several types of stuffed chicken breasts. There is also a selection of heat and eat items to make your dining even easier, garlic red potatoes, Las Vegas potatoes, green beans and bacon and more. You can have any of our meats seasoned or marinated and vacuum packed upon request.

You can choose from over 35 different hand made sausages that make great meals or appetizers. A customer favorite is the Jalapeno Sausage, a wonderful full flavored sausage with a pleasant jalapeno bite. Our customers delight in our variety of deep pit oven roasts. Our special blend of spices that we bottle and sell has customers driving from Orange County, Nevada, Palmdale, Los Angeles, Concord, Napa Valley and Pismo Beach because they love the quality and service that only The Prime Cut offers.

Deep Pits

Customers love the convenience of this product because of its simplicity when they are feeding a large group of people. Just place the product in your oven for 12 hours at 250º, shred and you are set. Most people can’t believe how wonderful it tastes.
